Cancer can take its toll on your physical and mental health, disrupting your sleep at a time when you need it most. Whether you have Cancer, are recovering from Cancer or helping someone through cancer, you need to prioritise your sleep.

Our team of caring and experienced sleep specialists at the Sleep and Wellness Centre want to nurture you through this time to help you sleep and aid your recovery. Our Cancer support tailored package includes four consultations with our Sleep Coach to assess and improve your sleep so you can sleep deeply and restoratively every night. SLEEP COACHING CONSULTS:

This session, which usually lasts for 90-120 minutes, includes a detailed questionnaire to assess the extent of your sleeping issues, your current sleep habits (also called sleep hygiene) and your sleep goals. You will then be given a small task of keeping a sleep diary to track your sleep quality and quantity until you visit the centre again for a follow up session. Finally, we will provide detailed advice and a tailored free prescription of the CleverSleep® nutraceutical supplements (exclusive to Cancer support packages) to help us achieve your sleep goals.

Follow up consults with our Sleep Coach will support you through a navigation plan to improve your sleep. These consults can include the scientifically validated approach known as Heal Your Life® to support your sleep and healing at a deeper level. Her work is highly recognised and practised by thousands of practitioners worldwide.

NATUROPATHIC CONSULTS:

An initial consult with our Naturopathic Doctor will see an in-depth assessment of your general health and how this is impacting your mental, emotional and physical health through your Cancer journey. This specifically focuses on how we can support and rebuild your immune system health for optimal recovery. Following the consultation, you will receive a personalised treatment plan and follow up consult to provide on-going advice and support.
